A fun fair, traditional fairground attractions and games of the past will make present-day children roar with laughter… In the streets of the village, activity leaders will bring to life again tunes and songs, stories and legends of yesteryear, for the delight and enjoyment of adults.
There are also country, “guinguette” (popular drinking establishments serving as restaurants and often as dance venues) and storytelling themed evenings, and great sowing and threshing festivals, etc. Without forgetting the delicacies – bread which has just been baked in a wood-fired oven, traditional-style jams, freshly pressed nut oil, “enchauds” (pork fillet with garlic) and foie gras that can be savoured “Chez Paul”, the village’s restaurant, or at the gourmet shop. |
